Minutes of Meeting – 16/11/2024

As informed on 14.11.2024, the fourth meeting of Governing Body was held on 16.11.2024 at 2:00 P.M. in the board room at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by Shri P.K. Jain, Chairperson of the Governing Body.

Director Dr. Gaurav Sinha welcomed all the members for participating in the meeting and presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Governing Body. The Chairperson Shri P.K. Jain initiated the proceedings of the meeting.

The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Approval of the Minutes of third meeting held on 07th August, 2024.

No suggestions were received. Minutes of third meeting were approved.

Agenda 2: Discussion of Curriculum for session 2025-26.

After the discussion with all the members, the Curriculum for the session 2025-26 has been discussed.

Agenda 3: Approval of changing the Intake in AICTE.

After thorough discussion with all the members, changes in intake for AICTE for the session 2025-26 have been approved.

Agenda 4: Approval of new programs BBA/BCA from AICTE.

After thorough discussion, application for new programs BBA and BCA from AICTE for the session 2025-26 have been approved.

Agenda 5: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there were no other points to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to the Chair and all the members of the Governing Body for their enthusiastic participation and giving valuable suggestions.
