The Training & Placement Cell at Kashi Institute of Technology operates with a centralized placement model, giving equal opportunity to every branch and course — B.Tech (CSE, ECE, EE, ME, Civil, Biotech, AI&ML), MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, and Polytechnic programs.

The T&P Cell organizes year-round aptitude training, group discussion practice, mock interviews, resume workshops, and career counseling. It maintains strong industry ties with IT companies, core engineering firms, management sectors, and manufacturing industries to drive on-campus and off-campus placement drives throughout the academic year.
