Minutes of Meeting – 01/08/2024

As informed on 31/07/2024, the first meeting of the Board of Studies (Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Engineering) was held on 01/08/2024 at 10:00 A.M. in the board room/online at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav, Chairperson. The members, as per the attached sheet, attended the meeting.

Chairperson Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav initiated the proceedings of the meeting with a welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of the Board of Studies.

The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Approval of Curriculum of Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering for the session 2024-25.

After thorough discussion with all the members, the Curriculum of the following Courses has been approved for the session 2024-25 (First Year):

• B. Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
• B. Tech. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
• Diploma. (Electrical Engineering)

Agenda 2: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other point to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to Chair.
