Minutes of Meeting – 29/01/2025

As informed on 28/01/2025, the second meeting of the Board of Studies (Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Engineering) was held on 29/01/2025 at 10:00 A.M. in the board room/online at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav, Chairperson. The members, as per the attached sheet, attended the meeting.

Chairperson Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav initiated the proceedings of the meeting with a welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of the Board of Studies.

The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Implementation of MOOCs courses and Industrial visit recommended for the session 2024-25.

After understanding the current need of the industry, every member agreed to implement MOOCs courses as well as Industrial visits in the session 2024-25 for the first year.

Agenda 2: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other point to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to Chair.
