Minutes of Meeting – 18/07/2025

As informed on 16.07.2025, the first meeting ofBoard of Studies (Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Engineering) was held on 18.07.2025 at 10:00 A.M. in board room/online at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired byMr. Virendra Pratap Yadav, Chairperson.The members as per attached sheet attended the meeting.

Chairperson Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav initiated the proceedings of the meeting with welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Mr. Virendra Pratap Yadav presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Board of Studies.

The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Approval of Curriculum of Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering for the session 2025-26.

After thorough discussion with all the members, the Curriculum of following Courses have been approved for the session 2025-26 (Second Year):

• B. Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
• B. Tech. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
• Diploma. (Electrical Engineering)

Agenda 2: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other point to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to Chair.
