Minutes of Meeting – 18/07/2025

As informed on 16.07.2025, the first meeting ofBoard of Studies (Dept. of Civil Engineering) was held on 18.07.2025 at 01:30 P.M. in board room/online at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Chairperson.The members as per attached sheet attended the meeting.

Chairperson Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh initiated the proceedings of the meeting with welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Board of Studies. The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Approval of Curriculum of Department of Civil Engineering for the session2025-26.

After thorough discussion with all the members, the Curriculum of following Course have been approved for the session 2025-26 (Second Year):

• B. Tech. (Civil Engineering)
• Diploma (Civil Engineering)

Agenda 2: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other point to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to the Chair.
