FIRST MEETING OF ACADEMIC COUNCIL OF KASHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, VARANASI (SESSION 2025-26)
Minutes of Meeting – 04/02/2025
As informed on 15.07.2025, the first meeting of Academic Council was held on 17.07.2025 at 1:00 P.M. in board room at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by DirectorDr. Gaurav Sinha, Chairperson of Academic Council. Director Dr. Gaurav Sinha initiated the proceedings of the meeting with welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Dr. Gaurav Sinha presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Academic Council. The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Induction/ Orientation Program

Induction/Orientation Program for the session 2025-26 was proposed on 14th July 2025. First year hods were asked to prepare the two weeks program details as per suggested guidelines.

Agenda 2: Finalization of Autonomous Syllabus

Autonomous syllabus has been prepared by the different BOS and it will be floated to all faculties and students by the Dean Academics.

Agenda 3: Classroom Chart

Classroom chart is prepared and will be floated to all faculties and students by the Dean Academics .

Agenda 4: Seating Plan for faculties

Seating plan is prepared for faculties and will be floated to all faculties and students by the Dean Academics.

Agenda 5: Course Allocation and Time-Table

Course allocation and time-table preparation is to be done by 31st July, 2025 after incorporation of all suggestions/ corrections and will be floated to all faculties and students by the Dean Academics.

Agenda 6: Projector Requirement

Projector requirement (if any) is to be sent to the undersigned by 18th July, 2025 by the Dean Academics.

Agenda 7: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson

Dr. D.M. Srivastava (Dean Academics) has been authorized to plan the Academic Session 2025-26 as per various regulations of Kashi Institute of Technology and different statutory bodies. The meeting ended with thanks to Chair and all the members of Academic Council for their enthusiastic participation and giving valuable suggestions.
