About Kashi Institute of Technology

Varanasi has been a seat of knowledge for thousands of years. It was only fitting that in 2008, in this ancient city of learning, a group of educators came together with a singular purpose: to build an engineering college that would give students from this region access to the same quality of technical education available in India’s metro cities — without having to leave home.

That institution is Kashi Institute of Technology.

Started under the Jain Education Society and affiliated to AKTU, KIT grew rapidly — not because of marketing, but because of results. Word spread that students who graduated from here got placed, got trained, and got ready for the real world. Today, with over 6,498 students on a 16.6-acre campus, KIT stands as one of the most trusted engineering institutions in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

NAAC A-grade accredited. AICTE approved. And, more importantly — trusted by thousands of families across Varanasi, Allahabad, Mirzapur, and beyond.
