Minutes of Meeting – 06/08/2024

As informed on 05.08.2024, the second meeting of Academic Council was held on 06.08.2024 at 2:30 P.M. in board room at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by DirectorDr. Gaurav Sinha, Chairperson of Academic Council. Director Dr. Gaurav Sinha initiated the proceedings of the meeting with welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Dr. Gaurav Sinha presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Academic Council. The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Approval of the Minutes of first meeting held on 03rd August, 2024.

No suggestions were received. Minutes of first meeting were approved.

Agenda 2: Approval of Curriculum for session 2024-25.

After thorough discussion with all the members, the Curriculum given by different Board of Studies for have been approved for the session 2024-25.

Agenda 3: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other points to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to Chair and all the members of Academic Council for their enthusiastic participation and giving valuable suggestions.
