Minutes of Meeting – 04/02/2025

As informed on 03/02/2025, the second meeting of Academic Council was held on 04/02/2025 at 1:30 P.M. in board room at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired by DirectorDr. Gaurav Sinha, Chairperson of Academic Council. Director Dr. Gaurav Sinha initiated the proceedings of the meeting with welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Dr. Gaurav Sinha presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Academic Council. The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Approval of the Minutes of second meeting held on 06th August, 2024.

No suggestions were received. Minutes of first meeting were approved.

Agenda 2: Approval of MOOCS Curriculum for session 2024-25. In second semester.

After thorough discussion with all the members, the MOOCS Curriculum given by Board of Studies (CSE) has been approved for the session 2024-25, second semester.

Agenda 3: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other points to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to Chair and all the members of Academic Council for their enthusiastic participation and giving valuable suggestions.
