Minutes of Meeting – 18/07/2025

As informed on 16.07.2025, the first meeting ofBoard of Studies (Dept. of Mechanical Engineering) was held on 18.07.2025 at 11:00A.M. in board room/online at Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. The meeting was chaired byMr. Naveen Kumar Srivastava, Chairperson.The members as per attached sheet attended the meeting.


Chairperson Mr. Naveen Kumar Srivastava initiated the proceedings of the meeting with welcome to all the members for participating in the meeting. Mr. Naveen Kumar Srivastava presented the agenda items of the meeting for suggestions/approval from the members of Board of Studies.

The following points were discussed in the meeting:

Agenda 1: Implementation of MOOCs courses and Industrial visit recommended for the session 2024-25.

After understanding the current need of the industry, all members agreed to implement MOOCs courses as well as Industrial visits in the session 2024-25 for the first year.

Agenda 2: Any other point with permission of the Chairperson.

Since there was no other point to discuss, the meeting ended with thanks to the Chair.
